Exhibiting at the Calabasas Fine Arts Festival
May 2012
Our weekend at the Calabasas Fine Art Festival was exhilarating! We met many wonderful visitors and were delighted by the quality and variety of unique work by the exhibitors.
Look inside my tent, and you can see recent paintings of still life, the nude, and floral/semi-abstract work. I appreciated the positive comments I received from visitors. Some said my work is unique because they had never seen this kind of paint handling over plaster, in flexible hanging panels. I have been developing this method for the past few years, achieving a surface resembling fresco.

I exhibited paintings on panels of linen and cotton. The framed work is of still lifes, painted in acrylic, over plaster on panel. Some artwork features gold leaf.
